City of Industry, California · Operating company

What the house actually does.

GWB is not a manufacturer and it is not a construction company. Those sit with sister companies. This house markets, acquires, and funds — and it carries the mineral and venture book for Deus Vult.

The physical end of the book. GWB’s work is the right, the offtake, the capital, and the buyer.
  1. 01

    Rare earths and critical minerals

The house works rare earths, companion minerals, and the critical-mineral positions the United States is trying to pull back onshore. The purpose of the book is offtake into American industry, not a warehouse of ore for its own sake.

  2. 02

    Battery and light-metal feedstock

Lithium, aluminum, and aluminum-lithium sit at the center of the industrial book. They are lightweight, high-strength inputs for aerospace, defense, and the battery supply. GWB’s job is the commercial path: rights, volume, tenor, and a buyer in the United States.

  3. 03

    Base, precious, and strategic metals

Copper, nickel, iron ore, gold, silver, antimony, tungsten, and graphite are worked as one commercial book. Geography is concentrated in the Americas, with selective positions that include Greenland.

  4. 04

    Mine-to-market offtake

A position is not finished at the pit or the brine field. GWB negotiates the path to port and the offtake that lands the material in a U.S. plant. Volume, tenor, and the identity of the buyer are part of the same conversation as the mineral right.

  5. 05

    Acquisitions

GWB acquires smaller mining, trading, logistics, and processing companies, and it acquires smelting and processing plants, buildings, and other property. Mines and plants the company owns or buys are carried on the corporate financial record: cost, capital spending, inventory, environmental and closure reserves, and consolidated reporting.

  6. 06

    Mineral rights, royalties, and streams

Rights are negotiated directly. Royalties, streaming arrangements, volume, and tenor are commercial instruments of the house, not a side note to a purchase agreement. The Chief Executive Officer leads that negotiation. The Chief Financial Officer handles valuation and the financial terms.

  7. 07

    Capital formation

As the funding arm of Deus Vult, GWB forms capital with hedge funds, commodity desks, and family offices. The work is valuation, financing structure, due diligence, and a close the operating companies can actually use. This site is an introduction. It is not an offer of securities.

  8. 08

    Government-to-government brokerage

GWB sits between producing governments and U.S. industrial and defense demand. The commercial close is meant to land in an American plant. Compliance on that work is built for minerals the United States treats as national-security commodities.

  9. 09

    Marketing for the group

GWB is how Deus Vult is introduced in this lane. Offtakers, funds, ministries, and sister companies meet the group through this house. Kyon manufactures. iR8 fields the tactical business. ADM Aero machines aerospace and mobile medical work. Peck General builds. GWB finds the asset, raises the capital, and keeps the commercial relationship.

  10. 10

    Ventures and real assets

Not every acquisition is a mine. The venture book includes strategic property, among it the Fox’s RV Resort position — riverfront hospitality and resort property in Parker, Arizona, held in the Deus Vult orbit.

Plants and property

Smelters, sample benches, and the assets that come with a deal.

When GWB buys a plant or a property, financial responsibility stays at the City of Industry office: cost, capital spending, inventory, reserves, and the report to the Chief Executive Officer.
