Three mandates

One house. Three jobs inside the group.

01

Marketing

The commercial voice of Deus Vult in minerals, commodities, and ventures.

GWB makes the introduction. A producing ministry to a fund. A junior miner to a U.S. offtaker. A finished parcel of mineral to a domestic plant. Inside the group, this is the house that carries the relationship and the presentation.

02

Acquisitions

Companies, plants, rights, and property on the path from the ground to port.

The book covers mining, trading, logistics, and processing companies; smelting and processing plants; mineral rights, royalties, and streams; and strategic property. That property work includes the Fox’s RV Resort position on the river in Parker, Arizona.

03

Funding

Capital formation, valuation, and the terms that let a position close.

Capital is raised with funds, commodity desks, and family offices. Valuation, pricing, financing, bonding, working capital, and reporting are set before a deal is allowed to close. GWB is the funding arm. It is not a public offering desk.

The mineral book

Rare earths through graphite. Offtake pointed home.

The commercial focus runs across the Americas, with selective positions that include Greenland. Material is bought, optioned, financed, or acquired so it can be delivered into U.S. industry and defense supply.
